Who we work with

Pentagon Support Services have ongoing working relationships with a number of authorities and private sector companies who believe that the partnership scheme helps deliver a continuous quality assured service. Below is a selection of our clients who we have worked with recently.

Bury Council

The contract covers all schools (Ongoing). A partnership agreement for the update of AutoCAD plans, Building Condition and Mechanical & Electrical surveys. The contract includes updating of Suitability assessments and Net Capacity calculations compliant to DFE requirements.

Solihull M.B.C

This contract involves amending and updating existing AutoCAD plans, completing detailed Building Condition and Mechanical & Electrical Surveys, including recording all Service Asset Register Elements and populating the Enterprise database for Educational and Corporate properties.

Kent County Council

A partnership agreement with AECOM, this contract includes surveys to various Educational and Corporate properties, including Libraries, Youth Centres and Community Leisure Centres. The contract includes for the update of AutoCAD plans, Building Condition and Mechanical & Electrical surveys.

Yesoiday HaTorah School

Engaged directly by the school to perform an update of their CAD and Educational data including a current suitability survey and a feasibility study of what effect the future new build will have on the schools capacity data.

Cambridge Regional College

Condition survey including all buildings and external areas. The total area of the buildings was 36,908.40m². A costed, 5-year Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme was provided as well as additional reports and maintenance programmes and an updated site plan clearly labelling external areas to the Condition Survey. The survey was carried out at the Kings Hedges site.

Southgate College

The total area surveyed was approx 21,919m². The survey was in a relevant format as required by Southgate College and included the production of complete floor plans in AutoCAD format. An initial dilapidation survey was provided to highlight immediate essential works required over the next 12 – 24 months and thereafter a 10 year Planned Essential Maintenance programme.

DSP Chartered Surveyors

Pentagon work in close partnership with Design Surveying Partnership Ltd and can recommend their services in the refurbishment, conversion or new build for Private, Commercial and Public Sector clients across the North of England. Design Surveying Partnership Ltd are highly trained professionals offering expert advice on construction and property related matters regarding a variety of services across the whole of the built environment.

Bury Council - Site Areas

The contract covered all 82 schools (approx. 190k m²) To update all DFE sufficiency data including new site area measurements to determine external space use. The data was used to help inform Bury Councils water rate charges and gave evidence on overcharging over all their educational properties.

Perry Beeches IV Free School

Engaged by Morgan Sindall to undertake a roof survey and window schedule of a potential new site for the school. Pentagon were asked to ascertain the condition of all existing windows, external doors, curtain walling and roofing and categorize the priority of works into a specialist report.

Medway Council

Pentagon have been commissioned to undertake detailed condition surveys and life cycle costings to all of Medway Council's corporate properties. These include a detailed dilapidation survey with full detailed costing presented within a bespoke designed spreadsheet format.
