Pentagon Support Services can offer all aspects of the asset management process as a complete service. We can also undertake any of the individual elements of the process as independent, stand-alone projects.
CAD Drawings
Pentagon can prepare measured CAD drawings, either from scratch or update and amend existing CAD drawings. A CAD drawing is the foundation on which all of the strands of Asset Management are built. Drawings can be attributed to allow data to be imported seamlessly into property databases.
Stock Condition Surveys
Planned maintenance or planning of future building projects must be informed by an accurate assessment of a buildings current condition. A stock condition survey provides a baseline indication of the condition at the time of the survey, as well as costs for repair and maintenance. Pentagon can undertake a full Stock Condition Survey on any type of building including Building, Mechanical and Electrical.
Site Area Measurements
When a development is considered on any site it is essential to know the existing area, the area to be taken by the new build and the areas remaining. Pentagon can accurately measure site areas and categorize them into a smart drawing and using our own software we have developed produce reports and drawings to give a clear visual representation of the site.
Education Consultancy
Pentagon can offer a wide range of Educational Consultancy Services covering Suitability Assessments, an integral part of the AMP process and now embedded in Local Authorities decision making. Curriculum Analysis in secondary schools to determine the number of spaces required. Pentagon can carry out Net Capacity calculations to help inform the planned admission numbers for a school.
Legislation Compliance
Pentagon can advise on all the legislative requirements you must comply with as a building owner. At the forefront of this is the Academy Schools changing control from the Local Authority to the school management team themselves. Pentagon can advise on the type, frequency and to what depth the legislation relates to your property and advise on how and where to store all this information.
